refreshResourceList​

• Optional refreshResourceList: boolean

List the server's resources on every model turn, as ADK's own LoadMcpResourceTool does. Default false: the list is fetched once per tool instance (one <name>-listResources Activity), since every turn's listing would be an Activity and its history events.
